Dec 12, 2019 OP: If you like the Star Wars setting and are comfortable with the lore there, but like the D&D 5e system, there are people that have converted 5e into the Star Wars setting. I'm not sure I can link it, but a google search for Star Wars 5e D&D should lead you to it.

D&d 5e Srd

My group and I are looking at starting a Planescape campaign run by me. Thing is, I'm the only one at the table who has experience with the setting, so all of the PCs are going to be characters from other settings who get tunneljacked and end up in Sigil. We may include Spelljammer in the campaign, but they won't be starting as any of the races unique to that setting either.
As such, I was wondering if anyone knew of any good 5e conversions of the settings that haven't been done yet, particularly for the races unique to each setting. That way, if a player wants a character who is something like a Kender cleric of Paladine, I can figure out their racial stats and domains and whatnot to help them out.
If there aren't any good resources already done, maybe some suggestions on how to homebrew them? Like, I could build kender as a subrace of halflings and gully dwarves as their own unique subset of, well, dwarves. Things like giff would have to be their own unique things though, probably.
